Proposed Solution

The proposed solution is a secure, smartphone-controlled garage access system
Key features of the system:
- Multi-user access
- Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity
- Rapid on/off signal on button press
- Magnetic reed switch to detect garage door state (open/closed)
- Power via USB-C
- 3D printed enclosure mountable to garage unit
- Compatible with most existing garage door openers (retrofittable)
- Allows authorized tenants to open/close the garage via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi
Addition of a carbon monixide detector and temperature sensor for safety
